Intro

Child sex abuse occurs in many forms. It can involve seduction by a beloved relative or it can be a violent act perpetrated by a stranger. Majority of sex abuse is perpetrated towards the girl child with incest being the most common form

Verse One:

Baby sandie home with uncle Bob.

Daddy gone cos he had to work.

Mummy was absent, she left with a shop list thinking in her mind that she won't be long.

It took her a while though, she met with a friend at the mall. Yo! And chit-chats arose, they didn't even know how quickly and rapidly time flowed.

Back home! The atmosphere was getting bad.

Poor sandie was taken advantage of, crying out but there's no one to rescue her.

Kicking hard, loud screams weren't helping out.

She was just six, he was twenty five.

He was real quick, she was petrified.

So scared now, she was too weak, so she passed out, from the ordeal.

It was just too real as she lay still, trynna recount the horror she had just seen.

The only man, she knew and loved, besides her dad had molested her. Her mind was numb as the trauma grew. Her vision blurred as the hatred brewed.

Her body ached as her fears accrued. Her sense of worth now has been abused. As bitterness was submerging her. Too scared to tell so she never told.

Twelve years later, Funny how time flies,

Now a big girl ooh she was 18

She was a beautiful sight still stuck in her past, if you looked in her eyes, she was aching.

She Turned to abusive relationships, defining her worth from relationships.

She Thought in her mind that she wasn't worthy of love, kindness and affection. But she was wrong. Yes you are wrong, deriving your worth from an ugly past. Holding on will only make it last.
